Decided this is the best way to keep track of my swim progress after trying google docs, calendar, and wave. I'll post how I did with respect to each workout. Repeat of an old workout. I just realized that the set list is kick, pull, swim and not all swim. I could not do the 200 kick and the only time I could complete was the pull. On the plus side, I figured out how to breath and stroke correctly. Breathing is just a matter of getting warmed up enough and not letting yourself sag when you get tired. A correct stroke involves the use of your forearm.
