Swim Workout Log

Decided this is the best way to keep track of my swim progress after trying google docs, calendar, and wave. I'll post how I did with respect to each workout. If you are a more advanced swimmer you can check out the workouts at http://fsuswimclub.org. My workouts are mostly for beginners, since I am one myself.
