Doing the workout on Wednesday, January 6, 2009.
First workout after the holidays, probably been a whole month!
Beginners
200 IM reverse
3x 50 kick on 2'00
3x 50 Pull on 1'50
3 sets (alternate stroke by set as fly, back, breast)
4x 50 stroke om 1'
100 IM on 2'
4x 50 Free on 1'
100 Free on 2'
200 warm down
Total: 2200
Follow up:Totally forgot to print out the workout. I wouldn't have been able to complete it anyway. Christmas holiday's were a little bit too good to me :) I was tired after one 50 kick. It's like someone hit the reset button. At least I know what I am capable of, just have to work my way back up.
